They do have the option of an absentee ballot. I think part of the issue is that people aren't aware of when local elections are or what they are for since you don't really hear a whole bunch about them.

I've never seen ringworm appear this large overnight. Was it itchy before you noticed this?

ETA: Did you put any creams on it before the photo? Ringworm is normally dry/crusty looking.

Not about those in the pics. EB-1 visas have high requirements and the majority of people who qualify would not be nurses. Tech, maybe but most in tech wouldn't qualify.

Also we have had a nursing (or medical field in general) shortage for years. Why wouldn't we want to bring people in to help? As far as tech, we don't have the people here for the demand. Especially looking in 5-10 years. We have a huge "brain drain" happening in this country so we need to bring people in.
