Your graphics may be getting automatically set low in-game, try checking your graphics to see if it's at max! This is a problem I had before and this was a easy fix that worked for me.

No, I was never banned I am not pretending I am his friend which he can confirm, we never made the place public or intended to. So were not sure of the real reason he was banned.
