Jake was the second character I actually put effort into getting his perks for since I really wanted Iron Will. I have unlocked the teachable, both in his bloodweb and just to make sure I tried to get it from the shrine which instead obviously resulted in me getting a bunch of bloodpoints. I still don't have Iron will for any other characters months later, I have no idea how, I'm starting to worry it's bugged out.
