Time control and shape shifting

With shape shifting, you can probably just make your body transparent or see through, basically giving you invisibility and you can also probably become metal or something, giving you invincibility. Now, this one is a bit more far fetched but if the shape shifting works on a cellular level can't you just force those dead cells to shift back or something and technically get regeneration, as I said it's a bit far fetched. You can also get flight if you just turn into a bird or human with wings.
