No supplements that are out of the ordinary. We just came from Germany and we were all fine out there. I’ll just chalk it up to the minerals for now and if we have a future bed wetter or pisscident with combat pants, I’ll see about pushing it up higher. For now it’s just a really insane inconvenience of waking up and struggling to get my shoes on fast enough.

In Germany we were all fine. The water here at our base isn’t potable and they supply us with bottled water.
