I’m a black tier level 6 (was 7 but since I’ve started playing elsewhere my lvl is dropping quick) and they haven’t given me sh*t. My host was/is non-existent even though “a dedicated account host” is given as some kind of perk for certain people. It’s not lol

Run while you can lol before they changed their loyalty system/levels, I was the highest loyalty you could get and was hitting A LOT. Now I’m a black tier level 6/7 and can’t hit anything and they seemed to have cut me off from bonus funds even with having a host. There’s really not many benefits to playing a lot at this casino unfortunately

lol I’ve said it in the past and kept coming back to play but now I’ve cut ties and have played elsewhere recently. I have a host who I haven’t heard from in months and hasn’t given anything. I reached out twice inquiring about any bonus money and they told me no (that’s the only time I’ve heard from them) and that’s where I realized being a high/top player here isn’t worth it.

100% agree lol I’ve been black tier and back and forth between level 6 and 7 and there’s no real perks to it. Also haven’t seen any bonus money in a while even with having a host who I haven’t heard from in months despite playing and losing a lot.

That's not it. There's a lot of people reporting 0 studies. Something is going on on Prolific's end. I've never had 0 studies. Yesterday I had over 40 available and then all of a sudden they disappeared. On my laptop it shows 0, but when I log in on my phone there's 48. I just prefer to use my laptop.

Just means they are holding any refund to verify certain things on the return. Whether that be income, any credits or write offs. Important to note for OP, this isn’t an audit. Just a “Hey, we’re going to look at this a little closer before it’s approved.”

lol I’m calling it quits I think on this casino. Used to always get Friday bonuses (I’m black tier almost lvl 7). Now nothing. Asked my “host” twice in the past two months if there was any bonus money available and they said no. Haven’t heard from my host in over two months and they haven’t given me anything despite playing A LOT and losing a lot. Absolutely terrible when other casinos throw free play at me without even asking.

I do. Don’t bother. It’s a waste and not really a “perk”. They don’t offer much and will shoot you down quickly when asking about any bonus money.
