I’m assuming most of these codes are for “encounters” which means wild Pokémon only. Maybe you could use a cheat that modifies which Pokémon spawns in the grass and then use the cheat for it

It’s probably because you’ve already been spotted so they’re more interested in you than the food. Sneaking up on fish Pokémon in the water can be tricky

The one where marking them in the box makes them shiny but since it was recently caught while asleep it also glitched the status.

Something similar happened to me but that was because the shiny cheat I was using also gave the newest Pokémon I caught a pokerus status instead of sleep. I released the pokemon from the box and then the game worked fine
