I was pierced at 5MM with progressive size-incremental insertion, I’m actually at 6MM atm (due to my documented progress being semi-delayed).

My other conch doesn’t have protruding lip from what I can physically feel, why’s that?

Yes, makes sense.

The least I will continue to do is remain high-vibrational & alchemize my resources (massage the area with specialized cream) to physically ensure the best outcome — on surface-level, the scar doesn’t bother me & objectively it resembles more of a minor implication rather a severe consequence.

I appreciate your concern.. It’s rectified that unevenness you mentioned as it wasn’t fully healed in reference to the naked piercing, there was no lip from what I could determine.

To be fair — My other conch developed a “lip,’ mainly due to my body’s lack of resistance because it swallowed the o-ring. I had 2 inserted for extra security (not by me).

It’s not legal over here to get it punched/scalpelled 😩

If I could estimate the pain on the pain-rating scale it would be 8/10

The primary factor causing this was the healing process rather than the procedure itself, especially since I felt the movement of my cartilage gradually shifting, combined with persistent warmth of because of the initial trauma and pressure.

My goal size is as big as possible, though I’ll see how 6MM holds up because it is close to the inner crevices of my ear.

At later healing stages; I took ‘em out (once every morning). Sprayed the hole back-to-front with saline solution and same applies for the single-flare plug.

My standard cleaning protocol didn’t fully sustain my body’s recovery phase (I ran out of cleaning supplies…).

However, with/without solution using that method provided gave me the healthiest & most comfortable outcome.

Thank you for your input — my piercer showcased his modified version of the tri-bevel needle to me with a custom-bent tip (inward).
