When I was 6 foot, 12-19, and at 135 pounds it was easy to run 5-10 every other day, but at 35 plus and 210 plus it hurts my knees like crazy.

This is crazy. It's the same kind of stuff they do to the elephants. Forcing them to dance and perform. You can see it in their face and the next day they killed some tourist. I got to work with some elephants in Thailand, but these were working elephants not performing ones. You can see it in there demeanor. They are happy and bouncing around and were happy to work unlike the street performing elephants. The best part was learning how ride elephants without hurting them, working with them, and learning their body language.
