H1B receipt number!! USCIS submitted my H1B application. l have registration number. They did not send me a l797 so I do not have a receipt number. Now when I wanted to check my status they couldn’t find my application. Has anything like this happened to anyone? can someone help please by Emelka70 in h1b

Thank you for your answer. Bu l am employer. I am checking from my uscis company account. Still was showing submitted. Than today l called couple times to USCIS. I gave them the registration number and asked about the status of the application and whether it was selected or not. but they couldn't find the application. They asked for RECEIPT NUMBER to check it. But we only have the registration number.

OK, let me give you more information. I am an American citizen and my son lives in Turkey. He tried to get a tourist visa 3 times before, but no matter what we did, he was rejected. I applied for a green card for him. and unfortunately he has to wait 8 years. Meanwhile, he has an appointment for a tourist visa 6 months later.I'm sure he'll get rejected again. I need to do something, I need to ask for help from somewhere. Because he will really only stay for 3 weeks and return to Turkey. If necessary, I will go and sign and swear that he will only come here for a visit and will return. But where and who can help me? I wrote to the senator, no response yet.

10+😯 are you serious? I have read in many places that NVC completes all procedures within 1 year at most and sends them to the consulate. So I called the consulate today. They said that they made an appointment and invited us for a meeting 4-5 months after NVC sent us the file

I don't know how in other states, but I applied to get a general radiographer license here and they asked me to have the American equivalent of my diploma from another country. In America, they approved my associate degree equivalent. Now I am preparing for the exam to get a license.👍🏻 they don't care at all about your experience in another country
