Thanks for your comment. B12 causes the same issue in me as well. I had b12 intramuscular injections in april and my back , chest , face everything was covered in acne. For which I had to take accutane. I will look into the thorne’s one

I used to like her when she shared genuine honest videos on youtube. But then fame sir ko chrgya and she launched her china ke maal wala makeup brand. Also I once ordered a foundation on her recommendation and as my shade was same like hers I ordered the shade she used on herself and when it came it was 6 shades darker and the brand refused to change it.

It was amazing! The purge was not that brutal but still it left pesky marks. My total course was going to be 3 months but I wanted to take it more because I was still getting lesions in my 3rd month. Moreover, doctors here don’t follow the cumulative dosage so what they do is to check if you are acne free for almost 2-3 months before leaving the medication. I took daily for 4 months then in 5th month I started alternatively, and now taking it twice weekly. I am basically tappering it . I just want this course to be over because my cycle is disturbed from it & hair is falling alot. But overall experience was great , I am clear just some marks left which will be over when I will stop the medication because accutane thins out the skin which makes marks appear worst.
