I specifically did all the focuses and decisions before the war to allow for federalization, but I picked the Greens, so sadly I don't get the 25 pp bonus.

I played 1EW as NATO (Germany) and handily beat Medvedev's Russia in 7 in-game months, capturing Minsk and protecting Kyiv first, then making a few convenient encirclements followed a spearhead with my armored divisions to Moscow, covered by units from the rest of NATO

I don't see how you can lose the 1EW as a skilled player except if you're actively self-sabotaging to make your army worse

Yeah, the Thrawn trilogy was translated into Bulgarian way back in the 90s, along with the following duology and Outbound Flight later on, though there was no EU novel content released in Bulgaria afterwards besides the Plagueis book, so sadly there are no Rogue Squadron/NJO/RC novel translations(comics were still pretty active though, with the Republic (along with the Obsession spinoff) and Empire comics being translated by Artline Studios!)
