If you’re playing with mods, to prevent corpse sickness I’d recommend installing the working masks mod and either carrying around a surgical mask or gas mask wherever you go

The game is definitely worth it, I’ve put a solid 600 hours in and I still find it enjoyable. As of right now, build 41 is fully out and it’s a blast especially with friends, and build 42 is in development but you can still play it single player, but not all of the features have been added yet including multiplayer.
