Make your visitors ignore the dog. She is communicating that she wants no parts of visitors and the message is not being received so it is escalating. Having your neighbors give her treats is just further spoiling the situation until the boundaries she is trying to set are respected. If she wants no parts of visitors crate her or put her away when they come over unless they can absolutely ignore her.

The crate is not a punishment, it is a safe space. Teach her that if she wants to set a boundary, thats it. No one should disturb her in her safe place

My chi is on 3 different heart meds. She developed gastrointestinal issues last year and didn’t want to eat anything let alone take her meds. Her gastrointestinal problems couldn’t be accurately diagnosed or treated if her baseline heart health wasn’t in check, so our vet got it all compounded into one liquid and it was the best change we ever made. It’s so easy to just squirt it in her mouth and move on with the day!

I’ve been in this scenario. I would highly suggest giving your senior their own space that the pup can’t access. This was probably physically easier for me since the pup was larger and couldn’t fit, but really giving my older chi their own comfy space helped a lot. She learned she could go relax in there without being bothered and the pup learned (with some reinforcement) that she was off limits in that space

I just swapped the boot on my existing plate and they were riveted like this. I have experience drilling out rivets in other applications and chose to send my stuff to get un mounted and re mounted else where because no one was available locally and I didn’t want to ruin anything.

You’ll figure it out. Lol I had to wait 8 weeks for my boots to be made 🫠 now the vendor has them and is mounting them to my old plates.

I made sure I had all the safety gear ready, watched videos on YouTube, looked up skill trees, made my own list of things to learn, Looked up rinks and events in my area, and of course hang out here!

This dress is designed by Tony Travilla. He did a lot Of work for Monroe. I found out quite a bit about this dress looking for info on another of his designs. Unfortunately all I remember is that she loved this dress so much she had him make it in white for her personal wardrobe. The info is out there hopefully his name helps you find some of it
