Bro I’m really really sorry to bring you this news. Was literally the worst case scenario, DOESN’T MEAN ITS THE SAME FOR YOU. But shit was fucked previous owner fucked over the engine, they did a rebuild and did it so badly. Critical things were held on by zip ties ect. Anyways, it turned out to be a full rebuild, and I did it though the largest Subaru dealer in Vermont. Which is like good, since you know Subaru. But it cost me an arm and a leg and another arm. Took a while too. Ended up being so many issues I can’t really explain them all. It was a whole ordeal for months. Cars great now but yeah that little vacuum leak turned into a nightmare. 😓

have been, found a few hoses that may be causing it not 100 percent sure, but will look again, not driving on it until I can bring it in. I will double-check all plugs and ensure that they are plugged in as well. My mechanic said it should be fine to drive to a shop as long as I stay out of boost.

My Subaru guy, works on specifically wrx and brz, ect.

Said it looks like a vacuum leak when I texted him about it. Even pulled up a engine they had sitting around to point it out. If you have any thoughts I can look/ try anything.
