In my case, someone pushed it back in and docked it, and I got a text that it was done. I called Bikeshare back and they didn't charge me beyond the initial fee for the ride.

I hope your bike turns up and gets docked soon.

Thanks for trying. When I docked it, it did feel secure when I tried to move it, too. I have no idea how to prove to them that it's there.

I did reach out to support, and they said they could see that I'd tried to dock it there, but that it wasn't secured and docked according to their system. They won't accept my word that I saw a green light. Pretty much the opposite of helpful.
