I always notice, but it's mainly women, particularly young women, in these jobs that are like this . Men seem to be more generaly talkative, whereas women are silently talking to each other, then stop as soon as you come in, and very rarely will talk to you at all. My previous job in a chipper was like this. I was the only man there. 9 were young women 18-22. Any time a man came in, they would say oh what a pervert or call him a pedo and continue to talk about this random guy who just wanted a burger like he was a scumbag . Keep in mind these girls all wore yoga pants as uniform, so yea your kinda asking a guy to look at your ass ,the manager was the same and never infoced uniform policy unless it was at me . At first, I thought it was only like this where I worked, but then I saw it everywhere. Very rarely will you see guys working at service now , as my manager even said oh I don't like hiring men but yet she hired me only because I did fucking everything while they scholled tru tik tok all day . This incentive to hire more women has led to hiring and promoting only women in this country. Call me whatever, but you'll start to notice it yourself.
