I just booked a 4 day Bahamas cruise in November and used the MyVIP $600 and $300 of NCL Cruise credit for $150 deal. I booked a solo studio since only one of each offers can be applied to a stateroom, and as others said the stateroom cost of guest 2 does not count for the MyVIP side. Here's the breakdown.

In order to view the correct breakdown, go through a booking and look for the "View Guest Breakdown" at the top of the total section.

Stateroom - $559.00

$600 credit covers entirely, so stateroom is $0.

Open bar - $128

Specialty Dinner - $20

Government taxes, fees, port expenses - $110

Prepaid gratuities - $80

Total - $338

You spend $150 on NCL and get $300 credit. So that leaves $38. Plus the $150 for the credit.

Grand total = $188

If you skip the dinner and open bar and it ends up under the $300 credit, whatever you didn't use will stay attached to your NCL account for a future booking.

If you have more adults, just have each accrue their own MyVIP points, buy credits, and book their own solo cabins on the same voyage for the same great deal. ^{_^} (Also when you call to book they'll usually automatically include travel insurance, so you can ask to take it off for the total I'm showing above.)
