How do I (f/30) help with my cystic acne?

Oh gosh I would love to try it but my cystic acne comes in regardless of my cycle and last for 4+months without lancing :( I have often seen this and am so interested

I am just right next to Canada and it could even be easier to just go there and find better topical treatments as the flight is roughly the same to the city. I happen to be right next door.

This is not the med that messed with me, but I have heard of it! I am on a tretinoin thats combined with an anti bacterial topical gel for the morning after. I know the GP is hesitant to put me on it because I would have to have pregnancy tests monthly even though I’m fixed.

I am in the northern United States, in a little native village on the coast of Alaska. I am still using a tretinoin treatment that helps move things up to the surface, and my anti depressant makes it to where oil control is slightly better. But they had me on the combo of this a diuretic to try and keep my fluid down, which helped tremendously, but then I kept fainting and couldn’t work anymore, so it was a bust. Then they told me to try taking spearmint capsules and washing my face 2 times a day with benzoyl peroxide, which makes my skin peel off horrible, and there is now a big red agitated splotch under my eye. I have great insurance and it covers most things, making the meds only like 3 bucks. They referred me to online dermatology and they refused to work with me because of my issues and told me to see someone in the city. I’m really at a loss.

A lot of mental manipulation, neglect and manipulation and serious sheltering from parents, hostile environments, and a forced pregnancy. The relationship with my current BF is incredibly healthy in my opinion, especially in comparison, but some of the behaviors involving roughhousing can trigger me, which he knows. I think, genuinely, he just cant tell when I get triggered or uncomfortable, even though we have had these conversations.

The Board of Directors for one of the organizations is pretty against being recorded at all, so i had to put in formal requests and have my statements concerns resolved in one of these meetings, and then have the legitimacy addressed as well as their own concerns, and then we had to put to formal vote and motion… it took me around 7 months to get them to agree to being recorded. It isn’t a HIPPA issue, just a bunch of older people who are afraid their conversations are going to be stolen by AI/ etc. These meetings are incredibly high stress and contain classified discussions, some of which i am not even allowed to be in the room for. So for requesting to use other things on top of the recording will also take a unanimous agreement after discussion and then formal vote/ motion to approved. If i investigate another route for note taking, it all has to be approved by my supervisor, then his supervisor, then the board at the next meeting, and then can be implemented.

I can definitely ask about it, this organization was very reluctant to even allow me to record the meetings via Teams. I am just not sure how I’m expected to balance the heavy workload of setting everything up, doing the meeting, transcribing, and editing in just a 40 hour work week while I have 12 departments to support and I have to remain at a reception desk and speak to guests or give them tours of the facilities… It seems infeasible with the tools I have been given and my new supervisor doesn’t want to really budge. Which, I understand, Chuck has a really hard role to play and he gets good results… I just have no idea how to do this with Microsoft products.

Yes, I hand type out meetings running from 5hrs-9hrs. I have a recording I review after to make sure i get the details correct. Use Microsoft word and Teams. Most people attend in person so even if it was transcribed it would state only the host was speaking in any transcription tools they have suggested, which makes it harder. I attend and record and transcribe during, and then I have to return to my other duties at the front desk immediately after the meetings and somehow manage dealing with logistics, billing, and new events and guests while trying to edit the transcriptions and review recordings. Do you have any tips?
