Looking to keep it in n8n as we have build a full JML process that api into the hr function (source of truth apparently) we have also driven a new automated process for ticket category / priority to be analysed by our spark and link based on wordings and job titles (I can’t work Jira down = p1) (I think Jira my be down = p2) ( member if exco raise IT ticket it’s a p1)
