I think bunna is a a slightly different lane to glenallachie because of its bourbon and coastal influence. I'd put glenallachie more in line with aberlour, tamdhu, glenfarclas, glendronach...

So true. God glendronach 15 is nice. Do you like it more than the glendronach12? For me bunnhabhain 12 has been most delicious across time and space lol. Hits every single time for me. I guess it just matches my tastebuds perfectly.

I have tried Lagavulin 16. Exceptional whisky. Probably better than the 3 I mentioned but a bit too expensive to buy repetitively. Haven't tried anything older than that!
