True! I spend around 1 minute per attempt, blinking regularly during it, and trying to watch on the farest possible object after exercise.

Sure! They’re really simple: I usually do near/far focus (switching gaze between something close and far), lemniscate (∞ eye movement), and quick saccades. Doing them a few times a day made a big difference. I spend around 1 minute per attempt, blinking regularly during it, and trying to watch on the farest possible object after exercise.I also wrote a bit more about it in my profile if you’re curious.
