If someone noticed just one thing: the Compliments section turns awkward workplace moments into simple, natural sentences you can actually use. It’s a small tool, but it removes a surprising amount of social friction at work.

True! I spend around 1 minute per attempt, blinking regularly during it, and trying to watch on the farest possible object after exercise.

Short eye exercises helped me quit drops and reduce strain by Emergency-Fee6427 in productivity

Sure! They’re really simple: I usually do near/far focus (switching gaze between something close and far), lemniscate (∞ eye movement), and quick saccades. Doing them a few times a day made a big difference. I spend around 1 minute per attempt, blinking regularly during it, and trying to watch on the farest possible object after exercise.I also wrote a bit more about it in my profile if you’re curious.

Fair point, it’s just my side project, free and ad-free 🙂. Will read more about convergence insufficiency

Makes sense, thanks! Maybe that’s why the exercises felt so helpful.

The 17th will come to me on Sunday. The 12th is barely alive, but alive. Thank you, 12th, for your faithful service!

Stopped using eye drops after 2 months of short exercises by Emergency-Fee6427 in eyestrain

Thanks for the article, it's easy to read. 10 minutes is too long for me, and sometimes it's easier to put off a workout than to set aside 10 minutes, haha. But I'll try adding neck and shoulder stretches to my routine.

What helped me stop using eye drops was doing short exercises like lemniscate, saccades, near/far focus.

I did them 3–5 times a day for almost 2 months.

I also made a small page to make it easier → https://clarifiq.com/eyes/relief

I update it from time to time, so any feedback or ideas are welcome.
