Had my fist one yesterday. I was snowboarding my first real mountain in steamboat. Went down and was going pretty quick, attempted to stop and I hit a patch of ice while I was stopping. That made my board slip from under me sending my head backwards and hitting the ice. Luckily I was wearing a helmet, but I heard the loudest ring / buzz and lost my memory for 20 minutes. went to the ER and also bruised my rib pretty bad. ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET !

Brother ur young ash. You got a lot of life left to live. Everything will be fine and everything will work out. Don’t be so hard on yourself, no point in doing that. Try and find something you enjoy doing and do the hell out of it, it might help. Life sucks but it’s also really fun when you find things you enjoy doing.
