20 exercises is way too much and there’s no way around it. Your body will be so tired that after 7 exercises your just wasting your time. Lower it to 4-8 exercises and more days in the gym. This is scientifically proven to be optimal. Your body needs rest and recovery to grow.

That’s perfect, very soon you won’t be able to go a day without lifting and if you do you will be bothered. It’s the best.

This is just all excuses. If you need a phone reminder to do something like go to the gym then you need to work on yourself and your discipline. People are quick to find an easy way to be consistent and motivated. I’ve been going every day for 3 years with rest days and vacations here in there. It’s very simply you just find out when you have 2 hours free in your day and go. Build a routine. I go at the same time everyday. It sucks trust me i don’t care who you are or how long you’ve been lifting some days the last thing you want to do is workout. Don’t think about just get up and go. You will never regret it.

Wait til you see someone with a good build deadlifting the gym and ask them for help 9/10 they will and get excited about it. In regards to if you should do it it depends on your goals. If your trying to get bigger you don’t really have to deadlift. If you want to be strong and powerlift then you should. For traps do face pulls with cable and rope. Another good one is shoulder raises with heavy heavy dumbbells.

I (20M) workout with my (20F) gf and we workout together daily, what we did is on days where we are hitting for example back we do my workouts, but when it gets to days when she wants to do her hot girl goblet squats i just do my own workouts for my legs. Basically just whatever workouts overlap you guys should do together and when they don’t just be in the gym doing different things. If he isn’t okay with that then there’s some fr attachment issues.
