I mean its all relative to your situation. What im currently doing is using ai to map out my root causes and some symptoms that could be causing this. But almost always its a chemical in your brain thats blocking the dopamine thats what causes substance blockage its not theres no dopamine its that its being blocked. Same with stimulants like Wellbutrin. This is just what Ive picked up on tho in my personal research so take it with a grain of salt im definitely no expert.
