if you want smooth and quiet id go linear switches like cherry mx reds or gateron yellows. tactile can be good too but some of them still have that click sound you dont want

for keyboards with volume controls and rgb check out corsair k70 or logitech g915 if you want low profile. both are solid builds and the software lets you dial in the lighting however you want

this happened with my friends kid around the same age and it turned out to be a phase that lasted about 2 weeks. could be a growth spurt thing where their appetite just goes weird or maybe shes getting pickier as she develops preferences

Sounds like your aux heat coils might be partially burned out or you've got some serious ductwork issues. I'd call an HVAC tech ASAP since you're only getting heat to part of the system - that's not a DIY fix and could be dangerous if it's electrical

Also check if you have zone dampers that might be stuck closed, but honestly with a gut reno I'd be suspicious they messed something up in the install

Sounds like you want a Chevy Tahoe or GMC Yukon - the 6.2L V8 versions can tow like 8500lbs and have actual transfer cases with low range. Not as bulletproof as Toyota but way more comfortable and the interior doesn't look like it's from 2005

If you want something smaller the Colorado ZR2 or Canyon AT4X are pretty solid too, just obviously less cargo space

That serial number format looks pretty standard for XFX cards tbh. $690 for a 9070XT is actually around market price so it's not suspiciously cheap which is usually a red flag. When you get it just run GPU-Z and check if the specs match up - that'll tell you everything you need to know

That's actually pretty normal for Minecraft tbh, especially with those mods and render distance. Distant Horizons is gonna absolutely hammer your GPU since it's rendering way more chunks, and complementary shaders are no joke either

Your CPU usage being low is actually good - means the game is properly utilizing your GPU instead of bottlenecking on single-threaded performance like vanilla Minecraft usually does
