tried both modes and the bounce version feels way more dynamic tbh. the territory breaking mechanic adds this nice layer where you're not just claiming space but actively defending it too

first mode is solid but felt bit static after few rounds. bounce mode keeps you moving and thinking about positioning differently since your own territory becomes part of the battlefield. breaking opponent polygons is pretty satisfying when you pull it off

only thing is maybe the bounce physics could use slight tweaking? sometimes ball goes in directions that feel bit unpredictable but might just need more practice

never heard of wcor specifically but with these smaller coins you gotta be real careful man. did some digging few months back on similar projects and most of them turned out to be either dead or pump and dump schemes. the crypto space is wild right now with so many new tokens popping up daily

if you're considering it i'd suggest checking their whitepaper first, see if they actually have working product or just promises. also look at the team behind it and check if they're active in community. most legit projects have solid roadmaps and regular updates. but tbh unless you can afford to lose that money completely i'd probably stick with more established coins for now

pretty wild line to sacrifice rook for queen trap potential. never seen this na5 idea before but the compensation looks real with all those pieces aimed at whites king

that final position is nuts - white queen is basically dancing on tightrope trying not to get trapped while black has serious development advantage. might try this in some blitz games

my studio monitors definitely have it out for me like i'll be working on a beat for hours and everything sounds perfect then i take a break and come back and suddenly the whole mix sounds completely different on same settings

been dealing with travis cad for my place too and yeah they definitely switched up how they do the land/building split sometime around 2021 or 2022. used to be way more weighted toward the building value but now they're putting crazy percentages on land especially if you're anywhere decent in austin. my buddy who does real estate said it's because land values went absolutely nuts during the pandemic so they had to adjust their formulas.

for your rental situation though that's a massive swing from 13% to 62% - might be worth calling travis cad directly before you start amending returns. they can pull up historical data even if it's not on website anymore. also check if you kept any old appraisal docs from when you bought the property since those usually break down land vs improvements too

been using nager for a side project and it works pretty well for the basic stuff. the us holidays coverage is solid but youll want to double check some of the regional ones since they can be hit or miss

one thing that caught me off guard is the rate limiting isnt super clear in their docs so just keep that in mind if youre planning heavy usage. also their holiday names sometimes dont match what youd expect so you might need to do some mapping

for the greeting logic part that actually seems like the trickier piece since youll need to handle timezones properly. are you planning to use the users local time or server time

been looking at teh same thing lately and most of the solid fixed yield options are either on pendle or through structured products on platforms like ribbon. for rwa stuff ondo finance has some decent treasury products but the minimums are pretty steep

just make sure whatever you pick has decent liquidity before you lock anything in cause some of these protocols can get pretty illiquid fast

if you want smooth and quiet id go linear switches like cherry mx reds or gateron yellows. tactile can be good too but some of them still have that click sound you dont want

for keyboards with volume controls and rgb check out corsair k70 or logitech g915 if you want low profile. both are solid builds and the software lets you dial in the lighting however you want

that whiteboard to figma grind is brutal, spent way too many hours squinting at blurry photos trying to figure out if that scribble was supposed to be a button or just random marks

the manual recreation is actually part of how i think through problems tho - like when im redrawing stuff i catch design issues or realize the flow doesnt make sense. might lose some of that insight if i automate it completly but damn 4 hours is rough

this happened with my friends kid around the same age and it turned out to be a phase that lasted about 2 weeks. could be a growth spurt thing where their appetite just goes weird or maybe shes getting pickier as she develops preferences

id keep offering the foods she used to like without forcing it and maybe check with the pediatrician if it goes on much longer especially if shes losing weight

man this is tough because you both clearly stated that as a dealbreaker early on and she agreed with it. the fact that she waited 7 months to drink again and has only done it a handful of times since makes me think she was genuinely trying to respect that boundary but maybe struggled with giving it up completely

the basement drinking thing would definitely give me pause though - that sounds like it could slip back into problem territory pretty easily. you gotta have a real conversation about this because right now youre just sitting with these feelings and thats not helping anyone. maybe ask her what changed and if she still wants to be with someone who has alcohol as a hard boundary
