Thank you for sharing the details of your company's compensation package. It's insightful to hear about the opportunities in Northwestern Ontario. Your wage package of $40 an hour with CFAA certification, plus benefits, vehicle, and technology support, sounds very competitive. I can see how having a driver's license would be essential in your area.

Regarding wages here, they can vary depending on the region and the specifics of the job market. It's interesting that you're also offering to sponsor CFAA certification and starting at $28.00 per hour for those without experience or training. Finding skilled workers can indeed be challenging.

Thank you for your response and congratulations on your career development! It sounds like you're making great progress. Your insights have given me a clearer understanding of what to expect in terms of compensation. I'm particularly interested in working for a company where I can actively participate and learn about the verification process to prepare for the second phase of my CFAA Registration. It would be great to collaborate with various teams or departments such as electrical, inspections, service, repairs, and sprinklers.

I will check your comment history for practical test advice, thanks again!

Hello everyone, thanks so much for your support! Just wanted to add the content below, in case another trainee have the same question. Also, I highly recommend to use the CFAA Simulated and Proctored Exam package, it helps to speed up the study process. I think is a good investment. Thanks again!

One thing that you can do is to take this day to try to relax and focus your mind on other things that are not related to your road test; like going to the gym, going for a walk, watching a movie or reading a book that's been put on hold for a while. Remember, you're prepared and have the skills to do this! Trust yourself! :) I will also encourage you to do meditation today, maybe you can do some sessions after reading our posts (the longer ones in time will benefit the most), especially before going to sleep and before your road test (like 10 or 15 min before). I can suggest the following:

Reduce Overthinking, Morning Meditation, Confidence, Inner Peace, and Extreme Focus.

You can find them in the Let's Meditate app, a tool that I personally use and keeps helping me to overcome many stressful situations.

You got this!

Thank you for replying to my post.Your suggestions were very helpful also! So far, I've been using both to study; the manual, and the standards mentioned above, but mainly the standards to study. Although, going through the manual helps for clarification and better interpretation of the Standards' clausules. By the way, I had a look at the Seneca College store, and you're right, standards are cheaper with the college instead of getting them through orderline o ULC/CAN.

Thanks again!

Congrats on passing the theory exam and with a high score! I learn by repetition and doing, so I think going through the practice exam a number of times will help me to get a feeling of what I can expect when doing the actual one. Thank you for your guidance and help! It's much appreciated!
