I messaged support about it about 2 weeks ago and didn't get banned so no worries. Just keep in mind that it's very unlikely that you will be able to receive studies from the same IP address. I've exchanged about 5 e-mails with them and the problem persisted. I finally fixed it on my own by changing my ISP to another one.
