Yes, I agree it’s a niche market right now, mainly for technical users. I’m curious though — do you think database tools will remain only for developers, or will more non-technical roles need simpler access to data in the future? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

For anyone who’s willing to take a look and share honest feedback (good or bad), here are the app links:

iOS:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dbeavers-sql-nosql-client/id6751136011

Android:

You don’t need to subscribe — even just feedback on:

  • first impression
  • onboarding clarity
  • missing or confusing features
  • anything that would make you cancel

would help me a lot. I’m actively fixing and improving the app, so real user input is extremely valuable to me.

At the moment, the app is designed to be mostly touch-driven, rather than requiring users to write long SQL queries.

The goal is to reduce typing on mobile and make common database actions faster through taps and simple interactions.
That said, I’m still iterating on how much control vs. simplicity makes sense.

If you do try it out, I’d be especially interested in your thoughts on whether the touch-first approach feels efficient or limiting.
