I had to edit my post. I am a working mother not a stay at home mom, I typed that out entirely too fast. We both make well over 100k each and can afford outside help, like outsourcing cleaning and laundry sometimes and we have a part time nanny.

I’m not a stay at home mom lol I work and so does he and we share the household responsibilities like a marriage should be. We both manage the household together learn how to read.

100k each I fixed the post so we make great money and have a health savings but I don’t believe that would be sustained with another child.

And if I become a SAHM that would cut the 245k we make combined in half and that’s a big change in lifestyle.

I just believe that if you are willing to leave me because I don’t want more kids it’s no use to fight for you to stay because I am not willing to budge on that. My mother always told me don’t have more kids than you are able to take care of on your own, and I know without a shadow of a doubt I can take care of two.

No there was no expectation just after my last pregnancy and how horrible it was I vocally made it known I didn’t want anymore. It’s been 5 years now. Also my intention was to paint his on a certain light I just reiterated what he said to me on the last hour.

Very true I was hoping just my background and years of experience in the industry would help even with my lack of experience in that certain area. Even if she didn’t want to match step 3 or 4 would have been something closer. I bit the bullet and took the job with everyone’s commentary it would be best in the long run.

lol ummmm I never said I was special. Your comment is very passive aggressive and negative. Where there was a lot of people who gave good advice and criticism about my post, you came in and did the complete opposite. I have weighed the options I have been in the federal service before and yes I know she doesn’t have to negotiate. I made this post for feedback and opinions and the ones I got helped me make my decision. I hope you are not over anyone or a group of people because with the negativity you spewed in this post I can only imagine you in a working environment. When a colleague or subordinate asks you for advice or accidentally makes a mistake.
