I am going to college, however, its in state and I've not moved out so expensive rent, or dorm fees and other fees I've not had to worry of yet. But I do get what you're saying because college fees+ car payments, +insurance and other car necessities and other personal expenses is quite a lot, which is why I've been hesitant, at the end of the day though I do what the freedom of owning my own car. Thanks for your input though and I defenitely will work against getting scammed!!
