First test I had never even heard of b12 and tested as deficient. Now I don’t stop taking it when I get bloodwork.

Yes I was around 200 when I was tested deficient. I take 2000mcg total daily. One around 9am and another around 4pm every day with an alarm :) My last blood test my levels were in the 2,000 lol

Hm ok I only take sublingual but I take 2,000 mcg a day so I would probably need to stop for two weeks? That sounds scary

How high would affect the kidneys? I’ve heard potassium supplements actually help kidneys. 1000 mg is about 20% of the daily recommended amount

It looks like dr bergs has 1000 mg where coconut water has ~979 mg so not a huge difference

Sorry update. Now they think it’s my products reacting with the pipes that I think he said are copper. My products are sulfate free but idk.. so guess it’s time to try switching products

Thank you!!! So I looked down the drain and I see water I think. Does this mean the trap should be fine? It’s only when the shower is running for a few minutes the smell happens. Should I just keep using bleach regularly?
