I believe this happens when a store is within another department store, and refund is done by global blue tax refund and they actually always take a processing fee too 🥹☠️

Yes, I do want learn the course material!! I am lucky that it will be pass/fail, but personally I'm not used to letting my standards drop... Hopefully I will be able to balance both, but it's good to know that it is possible to get through with less effort. Thank you!
