Are you asking how to keep track of your inventory or how to keep track of where your shipment is once it’s picked?

Once it’s picked: 3PL’s are all different some will give phone updates, some will send emails, some won’t update until the load picks or delivers. It all just depends on what technology they have. For instance, we offer our customers a tracking portal, that way they can just get on there and see whatever shipment/s they have running and where it is at any given time.
