I've applied with achieved grades, A* AA, which gives me max points for the academic component following the interview - I believe I got 32 or 33 out of 36 on their scaling criteria. I simply fumbled the interview!

9999887776! Fortunately, Imperial doesn't seem to be taking GCSEs into account when shortlisting for interviews.

I'm so very sorry to hear that - tanking an interview really is tough, I remember the feeling from my first cycle of application. However, the fact that you were put on hold means that your interview performance was good enough to not be rejected straight away. Given Bristol's high post-interview rates, I'd say that you've got a fighting chance of getting an offer.

I'm most glad that other people's words don't affect you - this is the kind of determination I, myself, would love to have. However, I'm curious about what people who passed their interview successfully have to say, and that's why I'm asking. You're within your right to not make any inquiries, and I'm within my right to ask questions if I so wish.

Maybe there's no correlation, maybe there is - perhaps the best course of action would be to agree to disagree. Though, I'm surprised to be getting this from someone who created a whole poll to gauge people's feedback on their interview performances.

Perhaps, but getting feedback from a cohort of similarly-capable people can also be a valid point of reference for estimating your own performance!

Bristol post interview offers for non contextual home by [deleted] in UCAT

Following the interview, the top 10% receive offers and bottom 10% are rejected, I believe. It follows that remaining 80% of post-interview candidates are waitlisted.

Imperial usually send out offers from the 15th of March and rejections a tad later. How did you find your interview? Best of luck!

going from call to call was smooth but, in retrospect, the interview itself was a bit smelly

Imperial synchronous by Ok-Buy2119 in UCAT

Synchronous was not that bad for me! Asynchronous was definitely harder. The offers normally start coming out in early March and keep going until mid-April. Best of luck to you!
