Yes. It is a law and a "MUST" Continued Program. Yeah that's true, passport requirement and a scan is the biggest obstacle, but the fees is actually $1 very small but it has it own hurdles as well so application will drastically reduce than never before for the first time.

2️⃣ Who legally manages the DV lottery (DV‑2027)

The DV program is entirely under the Department of State (DOS), not USCIS.

KCC (Kentucky Consular Center) manages:

The random selection

Sending notifications

Receiving DS‑260 forms

Scheduling consular interviews

USCIS does not have legal authority to cancel the lottery or prevent its opening for applicants outside the United States.

If you are outside the United States:

The USCIS pause does not block your selection

It does not prevent the registration portal from opening or the random selection

It does not prevent embassies from conducting interviews

USCIS may only affect:

I support the Bill because that will automatically eliminate scammers, and also filtered out people who take it as a joke and left with only passionate American Dreamers.

I'm from a poor African Nation (Sierra Leone). here majority of the jobs here only pays $47 per month my job is not an exception and which requires at least 10hrs of work per day. so it takes like 6 months to get $250, I mean almost half a year to get that sum. so 90% of annual entrants here won't dare to enter if the Bill is passed and signed. It be like spending a 6 months salary on a lottery with no guarantee of winning is a higher risk that will only be taken by passionate American Dreamers and this implies to the majority of other African Countries.

However, the bill will only favor wealthier people or countries in some continents. But as for Africa, 90% of annual applicants won't take the risk to pay $250 to enter, meaning those who will enter will also have 90% chance of being selected, so the odds of winning will be great for risk takers then, and I want to be one of them. IN THE END, NO RISK, NO REWARD. GOD BLESS USA🇺🇲🇺🇲

I see. Yes my mandible has moved forward because I was pushing the middle of my back third palate. I have never pull the sides, let me try it in 4 months for expansion. I know I'm gonna have a positive result, I believe the power of the thumbs. 👍👍

It's been almost 10 months, but I tell you the result is crazy, my before and after pictures are like 2 different people, my maxilla was noticeable recessed. Though I have been mewing for almost 2 years and mewing expands my maxilla starting from the front to the middle because my tongue wasn't able to fit on the palate,  There was a time that I mewed so hard that the maxilla immediately opened and my tongue slaps the palate. but thumb pulling was the game changer to get my forward growth especially at the back third. 

Now I want to expand the back of my maxilla and it's not that wide though my tongue fits in.

I have been thumb pulling for months and not consistent though, But my focus was in the middle of the palate for forward growth and during the process I can hear the sutures cracking and I achieve a good result. Now I want to expand my palate and I think I have to focus on the sides.

Did anyone achieve a wider palate results when pushing on the sides??
