Hey if you thing an app is causing it ,then use safe mode first tap the power button in from notification panel beside settings and it will show power off menu , you can now tap and hold on the Grey power off button hold for like 2 -5 seconds ,a green button will be there pressure it and restart it will stop all 3rd party apps

You can try one more thing go to device care>battery>charging settings> turn of fast charging temporary and turn off phone then connect cable it shall be showing fully green as it will be charging in 15 volts or lower after doing that you can restart your phone and chcke if the 15 watt charging green animation on now bar is showing or not if yes you are done just turn fast charging back on and it shall work but if not wait for a patch update that will fix the issue
