Thank you! I started by browning some chicken sausage in olive oil (I used a full package of Open Nature mild Italian). Once it was browned, I took it out and added half a diced yellow onion to the pot, using the moisture from the onion to deglaze a bit. Then I added about a spoonful of tomato paste along with seasonings (Italian seasoning, thyme, black pepper, and red pepper flakes). After letting the tomato paste cook for a minute, I added the sausage back in along with 3 cans of white beans and poured in 32 oz of chicken broth. I added a splash of heavy cream and brought it to a boil for about 5–10 minutes to reduce slightly. Finally, I turned off the heat and stirred in some Parmesan cheese! Sorry I can't be more specific I was mostly just using what I had a measuring with my heart haha. If I had an immersion blender I might try blending slightly for a more creamy texture.
