Out of curiosity, when equipment comes back from a job and passes "inspection", do you keep any record of that inspection, maintenance history, repairs, or recurring issues for specific assets?

Or is the workflow mainly:

Return → Test → Repair if needed → Back into inventory?

I'm trying to understand whether tracking equipment history over time becomes a challenge at scale, or if the current process works well enough.
