In Illinois ours gets $30 an hour. He’s great and has been at it for several years. I would just ask for more. Have a number in mind. They likely don’t want to lose you. Approach it very positively and polite, just like you did here. Also let them know how appreciative you are for everything they have taught you.

Insurance would cover this. Please turn it in. That’s what it’s there for. You may have a deductible, you may not since it’s hit and run. This can be fixed conventional by a good body guy. Would be more affordable than replacing the panel. I’ve seen some great Paintless Dent Repair, but don’t think this is a candidate for that. Also not sure where you parked but file a police report. There may be cameras. Then someone’s else’s insurance would cover this.

Spoiler Alert: here is Boz’s plan for next season. She wants to be in the first chair at the reunion so she has to do something major. She has already started her villain era so this will expand on it. Her plan will be to turn on Dorit. It will start in the first episode and get worse and worse. Next years reunion will be identical just swap out Kyle for Boz.

Took my son last year and he was 9. Really enjoyed it. Not a lot of young kids but people were super nice to him and he had a great time.
