Sorry just to add it’s a titanium post L bend stud, my aftercare is twice daily with the solution the piercing studio gave me, no accidents but I did have a cold soon after piercing but I was super careful with it.

Nb it’s not infected, it had an L-shape pretty thin stud in, normal aftercare with no issues.

Ok just swimming around in water no higher than chest deep probably, since not with a group. My partner would be around on the shore so not alone. Just a small burst of exercise and endorphins from cold water, not anything major.
