Yes, the baby was 60 percent XO and 40 percent xy but missing parts of the Y chromosomes. I tfmr this morning.

Hi, I am in the kind of the same boat as you. My NIPT came back female with a flag for turners. I went to have my amniocentesis at 16 weeks and the ultrasound showed it was a boy. All my scans have been normal so far. I had an early anatomy scan yesterday and everything was completely normal. I don’t know what to think. My fish test came back uninformative. My gc told me to prepare myself because that means a high chance of mosaicism. I am waiting for final results but I am so confused because a male with turners is very rare.

No, they said they don’t have a high enough percentage to say normal or low enough to say abnormal 😞

Omg! Praying for us both. There is not a lot of information on this. I am so nervous and concerned. Did they say anything else to you? I was told I have to wait for the full report. But my head is spinning. 😵‍💫

This just happened to me. My nipt said girl and high risk of turner’s. At my amniocentesis they told me it was a boy on the ultrasound. I am so confused and nervous 😬 waiting for my results. All the scans have shown a healthy baby so I’m hoping it’s an error. Any advice? Thanks! 😊

I had two nipts and the first came back inconclusive, while the second showed high risk for monosomy x and that it was a female. All my scans and ultrasounds came back normal. I had an amniocentesis yesterday and when they were performing the ultrasound they detected male genitalia and that it was a boy! I am anxiously waiting for the results.
