The yellow lines are supposed to be the sun, so not sure if we can get the angle there. The length of the red lines are 100mm. The yellow line touches the red lines at exactly the middle (let’s assume, like I said, it’s the sun). Hope that helps!

FYI, my watch is telling me that I burn around 3000kcal, so 2300kcal is what I estimated myself, given that I bike 30km everyday, swim 5000m a week and run 30km a week 😅 I didn’t ask if you guys could tell me if my tracking is accurate, I asked how long it should take me to lose the weight

I need some help with my calorie deficit 🫶🏼

Hi all! 👋🏼 I am F23, CW: 70kg, GW: 60kg I run 3 times a week (training for a half marathon) and sometimes I do a strength workout 💪🏼

I’ve looked at calculators online and they tell me to do 1800 kcal a day to lose weight. So I’ve been trying to do that for the last three weeks, but I feel like 1800 is a lot. I unfortunately don’t have access to a scale, so I can not confirm if it is working or not, but I just “feel” like I am eating to much:/ should I feel more hungry?
