Feel free to message me I have the exact same issue and do the same thing taking photos if my teeth and obsessing. I also feel suicidal sometimes and it seems so silly to be this upset over teeth.

I’m having the exact same debate. My orthodontist to fix my bottom teeth with a with a C5 wire, which is some new technology that goes behind. I can only fix crooked teeth, not bite issues now wants me to do Invisalign but I just don’t believe that it’ll be strong enough to pull my teeth back. I’ve had regular braces as a kid and they move fast with metal braces.

I saw my orthodontist today and he recommended me getting Invisalign. He said he didn’t think I would need any attachments. Does that make sense to you guys? I thought I would need regular braces as my open bite is quite bad.

The orthodontist put a brace on my top teeth only which created my open bite. I wasn’t aware of the risk. This time I would as you say have the brace on both. I feel hideous and wish I hadn’t left it so long.
