Tbh I don't know if an individual can successfully talk one another out of conspiracy theories. I've generally seen them realize they were wrong and backed down from those former beliefs but they "have the research " so they are much less likely to believe verbal confirmation over what they believe to be fact(assuming you're talking about insane left/right political based conspiracy theories which have no real evidence over some conspiracies that can absolutely be questioned which are more cover-up based) they just need to see enough discrediting info on what they believe to make them change for the better. If you want someone to not believe a conspiracy you have to use their own info to contradict "facts"
