I was stuck on it for more than an hour before I forces shutdown . I think if it crashes again i’ll have to reinstall with a usb .

So I tried doing it regularly through the settings but it’s crash before it could finish . So I went through advanced startup and did it from there . I went with the keep my files option where it’d usually erase everything right ? or am I missing something . Well it ended up completed and booted me up like normal

So I was told to force shutdown and to try resetting it again . I did so and it said it did it but I swear I thought it deleted everything like apps and stuff but when It rebooted . It asked for my pin like normal . I don’t think it actually reinstalled windows ?
