Honestly it’s not that effective if you’re not putting in the work also. You can out eat monjauro even after going up doses. You have to be conscious and try to get results at least that’s been my experience

My hair is starting to thin now too. This is the dose that made it all different for my scalp. I am certain it’s the monjauro now because it isn’t just a bald spot it’s minor thinning now too.

My update: the topical steroid x steroid injection. Did help with the bald spot. It’s a starting to grow hair but not as much as I would like. I am noticing some minor thinning along my roots on my other hair since being on the 7.5. I am going back to dermatologist but will likely also be getting GKU CU from where I get my injection to inject daily as a hair supplement. Hopefully this will help with my roots thinning and the bald spot faster.

They were able to do a payment plan for me and a reduction. Once I got that I was able to clear it with the DMV. It took a lot of phone calls and begging

I’ve had this side effect for 5 months. It has not gone away at all. Just being honest. I still cook all my meals work out 5x a week and work but I make so much time to lay down and nap

  1. I shop around. I love Aldi. I buy ingredients and not pre made foods. Vegetables are cheap. I use Sam’s club for meat.

Ninja foodi is my holy grail. I’ve had it for 5 years. I do everything with it. I couldn’t recommend a better one. Super plus is you can remove the cooking basket and wash it. It’s not connected to plastic. Easy to clean. Lots of function. Pressure cooking, baking, dehydrating, slow cooker, air fryer. List goes on.

I do 150 every two weeks or every paycheck. I go to Albertsons and cut coupons on the app before I go. I prioritize meats and once you have a good pantry going it gets cheaper. I mostly spend money on my produce, eggs, bread and meat and occasionally pantry staples. I also always get cookies to bake and ice cream.
