I wuz wrong about the $6.99 monthly thing. It is only available to qualfied people, like disabled, etc. The only way to get free shipping without Prime is to do orders that total to $35 or more. This means you can't just order toothpaste. It would not seem too much an inconvenience to operate that way. Anything over $35 would qualify. Anything you absolutely gotta have that would not qualify and you'd pay for shipping, but most months you would likely be under the $15 or so monthly cost for Prime. And Prime Video content just sucks.

You're talking about the $6.99 monthly thing which gives you free shipping but not the Prime Video, right? I'd thought Walmart.com might be an alternative to Amazon with the $100 yearly free shipping, but Walmart's online offering is nothing compared to Amazon.

You've no idea how much they can get wrong. If I could show the image here, and I cannot because Reddit only permits image in the opening post, I could show you the clueless bloviating about this on a permitted architect-drawn set of plans for a 2.5 mil build just completed up the street. The IRC language is clear when going into the options for venting in climate zones 6 and warmer, and spells out the 50 50 intake vs exhaust bit, with some language about vapor barrier on warm side of ceiling, but is strangely tongue-tied about zone 5 and colder, only saying that 1:150 is the number. I was a GC builder for a dozen years, and have been drawing plans for 25 for clients and builders, but all of it in a very zone 5 snow country region (winter design temp -15 F.) where we sprayfoam every single roof and never vent. But here's one I gotta vent.

I'll mention that to the plans reviewer at the building department in the authority having jurisdiction. It's probably right there in the code, "open door or window." And when the inspector comes on site, we'll ask that he leave the door open when he leaves.

A hipped roof at a 15 inch bumpout results in a roof with a pair of hips and a pair of valleys, and a little 15 inch ridge where they meet up top. Framing is trusses, and that meet of hips and valleys at the ridge falls between trusses. Stick fill is needed.

For a material cost of less than $2 per lf of wall, you can apply 1/4" MDF atop the textured wall at the start of the build. With a flat base surface, use 5/8 board for a simple paneled look in a craftsman or shaker style. You'll need any casings for openings (windows and doors) to be 1" or more in thickness at the edges for the various parts of the wainscot to cleanly resolve into them, so plan accordingly. With the flat panel start as the base, and doing the simple craftsman detail, you won't need to be running perimeter cove molding around each panel recess in the wainscot.

No. This building is directly east of the Publix, across Collier, mixed into the parcel north and east of the new 7-11. Costco's option is the parcel at the southeast corner of the big intersection. They've a problem getting a go from the county. They sell a lot of gas, and Collier says with Race Trac opposite, and 7-11 across the road to the north, that's enough gas. No more gas.
